  1. “Small Church McGuyver, Matching what you have to what they need,” Chris Vitarelli - Pastor/Church Planter - The Road Community Church. He is the author of Small Church BIG Deal: How to Rethink Size, Success and Significance in Ministry.
  2. “Children’s Miinistry” – Jenni Swartz, Skyline Community Church Children’s Ministry.
  3. “Leading a Turn Around,” Jim Schremp. During Jim’s extensive pastoral years, he has led several successful congregational turnarounds. His currently leading one at Agee Fellowship in Poplar Bluff, MO.
  4. :Small Church, Big Potential," Chris Vaught. Chris’ ministry experience began in the small area of Deer Lick, KY. He has led growing ministries in Kentucky and now serves as the senior pastor of Connection Point church in Jackson, MO.

  3. “The Seven Laws of Positive Change,” Danny Risinger, Pastor of Mt. Pleasant GBC in Mt. Vernon, IN. Danny’s congregation is one of General Baptists’ “Turn Around Twenty” and has continued momentum throughout the pandemic.
  4. “How to Grow the Church Organically in the Digital Age” - Chris Moore, Creative Director, Skyline Community Church.
