General Baptists International was
established in 1902 and is serving the Lord
Jesus Christ and General Baptists through mission work in the areas of
Asia,
central America, and the Caribbean. Presently, this work is represented
by 10
American Missionary units, 416 churches, one Bible college, two training
institutes,
numerous schools and mission points, and a host of national Christian
workers.
Our main purpose is to make disciples for Christ through evangelism,
church
planting, and education.
One of our new developing ministries is
the Mission Volunteers Program (MVP).
This Mission Volunteers Program provides opportunities for individual
Christians
and church groups to participate in short-term mission experience
through
evangelistic, medical and construction teams in all nations in which
General
Baptists minister.
